Attorney Tao Hong has long been specializing in legal services for the construction engineering and infrastructure sectors. He possesses solid theoretical knowledge and extensive practical experience in areas such as Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracting, construction contract management, project payment settlement, disputes over time and quality, project compliance, and major dispute resolution. Throughout his practice, he has consistently provided comprehensive legal support to central state-owned enterprises, local state-owned enterprises, and large private construction units.

In the building construction field, he has been extensively involved in full-lifecycle legal services for projects including residential development, commercial complexes, office buildings, hotels, schools, hospitals, affordable housing, and urban renewal initiatives. He is well-versed in the legal risks and compliance requirements across all stages—from land acquisition and cooperative development to project contracting, construction performance, and delivery operations.

In the infrastructure sector, he has deeply participated in major projects such as municipal roads, rail transit, utility tunnels, industrial parks, and public buildings, establishing a robust foundation in engineering law practice.

Attorney Tao Hong is familiar with the key legal risk prevention and control points throughout the entire lifecycle of construction projects. He excels in handling complex engineering contract disputes, claims and counterclaims, contract termination, division of joint liability, and other contentious matters. In infrastructure Public-Private Partnership (PPP), Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT), and similar investment and financing projects, he leads the design of transaction structures, establishment of contract frameworks, setup of performance supervision mechanisms, and compliance review processes.

He has represented or led multiple construction engineering arbitration and litigation cases with amounts in dispute exceeding RMB 100 million, achieving favorable outcomes and earning high recognition from clients.
