Yuanfang TENG

Ms. Teng was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2014 and subsequently joined Zhong Lun as part of the Dispute Resolution Department. Since then, she has specialized in international commercial arbitration, investment arbitration, and litigation cases related to judicial review in Chinese courts. Ms. Teng has been keenly involved in numerous arbitration cases before Chinese and foreign arbitration institutions (including the Singapore International Arbitration Center, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, the London International Arbitration Court, the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, and the Beijing Arbitration Commission) and cases applying UNCITRAL rules. These cases involve investment arbitration, international sale of goods, oil exploration and development, equity and asset acquisition, VAM agreements, joint venture contract disputes, and other matters. The governing laws encompass Chinese, British, Hong Kong, Cayman, and other legal systems.
