Tom YU's main practice areas cover Compliance & Investigation, Litigation & Arbitration, and Cross-border Investment/M&A. Mr. YU has rich experience in the area of compliance & investigation and his experience covers the development and improvement of compliance policy and practice, risk analysis, control and mitigation, compliance review and due diligence, internal compliance investigation, the investigation from the enforcement authorities, etc. Mr. YU also has extensive experience in China-related cross-border transactional matters, including China market entry strategy, due diligence, direct investment, formation and operation of international joint ventures and onshore foreign investment companies, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Mr. YU is also good at dispute resolution regarding Cross-border Investment/M&A and other daily commercial transactions.
