Haijun WANG
Mr. Wang specializes in bankruptcy liquidation and reorganization, debt restructuring, disposal of non-performing assets, litigation and arbitration. Since taking on bankruptcy and reorganization practice in 2004, he has handled a large number of cases in this field and accumulated rich practical experience. Mr. Wang has served as administrator of bankruptcy and reorganization of many Chinese and foreign listed companies and large enterprises, as well as legal adviser for reorganization and special legal adviser for debt restructuring. He is committed to providing solutions to lift clients out of distress.
Representative Matters
Acted as administrator of the pre-reorganization and reorganization of *ST Feima (002210), which was the first of its kind that had applied institutionalized pre-reorganization to rescue listed companies and was rated as “Deal of the Year 2021" by China Business Law Journal, a well-known rating agency
Acted as administrator of the reorganization of Fujian Nuoqi (01353.HK), an H-share listed company. The case was the first successful reorganization of a private H-share listed company in China and was reported by China Central Television
Acted as administrator of the reorganization of Fuguiniao (01819.HK), an illustrative case where substantially all of the assets of the debtor were sold for the purpose of reorganization, by way of which the value of the debtor’s insolvent business was preserved to the maximum extent possible
Acted as administrator of the pre-reorganization of ST Hongtu (600122)
Acted as administrator of the pre-reorganization of *ST Landun (300297)
Acted as administrator of the reorganization of Guizhou Guoyuan Mining Development Co., Ltd. The case, where the largest private coal mining enterprise in Guizhou Province was successfully reorganized, was selected as one of the “ten typical cases of the province’s implementation of the Regulations on Optimizing Business Environment" by the High People’s Court of Guizhou Province
Acted as administrator of the reorganization of Liaoning Huishan Dairy Group, which was rated as “Deal of the Year 2020" by China Business Law Journal, a well-known rating agency
Acted as administrator of the reorganization of Fujian Anxi Tieguanyin Group and Fujian Anxi Tea Factory, an affiliate of the former, which was selected into the second batch of “Ten Typical Bankruptcy Cases" of the Supreme People’s Court
Acted as legal adviser for the bankruptcy reorganization of Shenzhen Wanji Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
