Lihua WANG
Ms. Wang has more than 20 years of experience in the field of corporate M&A, corporate governance, and tourism/hotel management, among others. She has provided comprehensive legal services for project investment, mergers and acquisitions, operation, and exit to many state-owned enterprises, transnational corporations, and large leading private enterprises across different industries and fields. Ms. Wang has both in-depth understanding and a substantial track record in the field of tourism/hospitality. She has provided comprehensive legal services for hundreds of tourism/hotel projects, covering the entire processes of legal counsel involved in tourism/hotel projects. On the research front, she is the author of a series of books on her areas of expertise, including Hotel Management Contract – Contract Negotiation and Performance, Hotel Management Contract – Performance and Dispute Resolution, and Practice Guidance for Tourism Projects – Investment, Development & Operation.
