Lihua WANG
Ms. Wang has more than 20 years of experience in the field of corporate M&A, corporate governance, and tourism/hotel management, among others. She has provided comprehensive legal services for project investment, mergers and acquisitions, operation, and exit for many state-owned enterprises, transnational corporations, and large notable private enterprises across different industries and fields. In addition, Ms. Wang has conducted in-depth theoretical research and accumulated rich practical experience in the field of tourism/hospitality. She has provided whole-process and all-round legal services for hundreds of tourism/hotel projects, covering the whole process of legal affairs involved in tourism/hotel projects. She is the author of a series of professional books including Hotel Management Contract – Contract Negotiation and Performance, Hotel Management Contract – Performance and Dispute Resolution, and Practice Guidance for Tourism Projects – Investment, Development & Operation.
