• Acted as lead counsel to Tianqi Lithium (002466.SZ,09696.HK) in its acquisition of Chilean chemical mining company (SQM), Tianqi lithium in its overseas subsidiaries to increase the capital to introduce war investors, Shell transfer of its subsidiaries in Sichuan project, and a U.S. technology company to an Internet giant to the sale of property assets;

• Provided legal services for the project of joint venture between Dongfang Electric and Sunpower Group of the United States and Tianjin Zhonghuan, the project of investment in an Israeli game company by a Beijing-based cultural communication company, the project of acquisition of major assets of Huanmei Dairy by New Dairy (002946), and the project of acquisition of Shandong Asahi Dairy and Asahi Agricultural Company by New Dairy.
