Mr. Wei has been practicing for more than 20 years, focusing on capital market, private equity, and investment funds in the Chinese mainland, and has provided legal services to many companies for stock issuance and listing, mergers and acquisitions, asset restructuring, equity investment, and private equity funds.

Representative Matters

  • Provided legal services for the initial public offering of A shares of Hubei Goto Biopharm Co., Ltd. and its listing on the GEM of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange

  • Counselled on the delisting of Shiyan Taixiang Industrial Co., Ltd. from the Beijing Stock Exchange and relisting on the GEM of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange

  • Advised more than 20 companies on transfer of shares through the National Equities Exchange and Quotations
