Wei WANG
Mr. Wang specializes in investment, M&A and dispute resolution related to energy, power, and other high technology industries, especially in semiconductor chips and new energy projects.
Mr. Wang has provided legal services for many large SOEs, foreign-invested enterprises, private enterprises, and other well-known enterprise groups, such as SPIC, CEEC, CR Power, Beijing Energy, Zhejiang Energy, SP Group, TBEA. Mr. Wang has handled many influential large-scale projects of investment, financing, M&A, he also has represented clients in a large number of complicated and significant litigation or arbitration cases, including project contracting, equity transaction, infringement, compulsory execution and foreign-related cases.
Mr. Wang has participated as subeditor in the compilation of "Legal Practice of Development, Construction, Investment and M&A in New Energy Projects", and published dozens of papers in journals such as "Tendering & Purchasing Management", various professional forums and related media platforms, several of which won prizes in national and provincial competition and seminars.

Advised subsidiaries of SPIC, SP Group, CR Power, CHN Energy, Beijing Energy International Holding Co., Ltd, Zhejiang Provincial Energy Group Co., Ltd on hundreds of development and acquisition projects in new energy area
Advised subsidiaries of CGDG and Zhejiang Provincial Financial Holding Co., Ltd. on many equity investment projects in areas of energy storage, chip and automobile
Advised Zhejiang Zheneng Electric Power Co., Ltd on its investment in the nuclear projects of CGN Cangnan Nuclear Power Co., Ltd.
Advised subsidiaries of CGN on its financing of multiple offshore wind power projects such as Yangjiang and Shanwei projects
Advised China National Nuclear Cooperation on the development and construction of several nuclear projects such as Fuqing nuclear power project

Advised many large enterprises such as China Energy Engineering Group Planning & Engineering Co., Ltd and East China Electric Power Design Institution Co., Ltd of China Power Engineering Consulting Group, and Huadong Engineering Cooperation Ltd. on the construction of a compliance management system

Represented a design institution in Yunnan province in an enforcement case concerning the property auction of a photovoltaic power plant and offset the debt in kind (involving CNY 367 million)
Represented a company in Zhejiang in a series of litigation cases concerning disputes over international sale contracts and product quality of steam turbines for a project in Indonesia（involving a total of CNY 200 million)
Represented a photovoltaic company in Jiangsu in a litigation case concerning equity dispute (involving CNY 100 million)
Represented a design institution in an arbitration case concerning a dispute over a letter of guarantee for a photovoltaic project in Jordan (involving USD10 million)
Represented a photovoltaic company in Jiangsu in a series of cases concerning disputes over photovoltaic module sale contracts
