Hui Xu
Mr. Hui Xu is a seasoned litigator and trusted legal advisor with deep expertise across litigation and arbitration, investment and M&A, corporate governance, debt restructuring, and non-performing asset disposal. He counsels a distinguished roster of clients, spanning government authorities, public institutions, and major financial institutions, including the State Taxation Administration Xi'an Xincheng District Tax Bureau, Northwestern Polytechnical University, China Construction Decoration Group, CSCEC Orient, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Postal Savings Bank of China, China Merchants Bank, China CITIC Bank, and The Bank of East Asia. Mr. Xu has built a strong track record in complex, high-stakes disputes. A landmark representation of China Merchants Bank's Xi'an Branch was recognized as one of the “Top Ten Guiding Cases in Financial Trial” by Xi'an Intermediate People's Court, a distinction that reflects both the sophistication of his advocacy and the significance of the matters he handles.
