Hui Xu
Mr. Xu Hui has deep expertise in litigation and arbitration, M&A and corporate governance, debt restructuring, and non-performing asset disposal. His clients include government agencies, enterprises and institutions, and financial institutions. He has advised clients including the Xi'an Xincheng District Tax Bureau, Northwestern Polytechnical University, China State Decoration Group, China Construction Oriental Decoration, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, and Postal Savings Bank, among others. The contract dispute between China Merchants Bank Xi'an Branch and a payment company, handled by Mr. Xu, was selected as one of the "Top Ten Guiding Financial Trial Cases of Xi'an Courts" by Xi'an Intermediate People's Court. Mr. Xu has been consistently recommended by Chambers, The Legal 500, and other international legal directories, and has been named a "Litigation Star" in Benchmark Litigation's annual China dispute resolution rankings. He currently serves as Deputy Director of the Rules Committee of the Shaanxi Bar Association and Deputy Director of the Financial Law Committee of the Xi'an Lawyers Association.
