Acted as lead counsel to a group limited company and a real estate company in a cooperative development dispute of three old transformation lands, and enabled the client to reduce claimable amount of more than CNY 200 million in the second trial;
Acted as lead counsel to multiple private fund investors and a bank and fund manager in a property damage compensation dispute; Under the circumstance of the manager losing communication, the court ruled that a bank should compensate the client for economic losses of more than CNY 100 million;
Acted as lead counsel to a trust company and a local government financing platform in Guizhou in a business trust contract dispute, and enabled the trust company to achieve claims of more than CNY 250 million;
Acted as lead counsel to a trust company and a real estate company in a contract dispute over perpetual bonds, and enabled the trust company to achieve claims of more than CNY $150 million;
Acted as lead counsel to a client and a bank in a financial loan guarantee contract dispute, and the court ruled that the security guarantee was invalid, and exempted debt of more than CNY 20 million for the client;
Acted as lead counsel to a company involved in pandemic materials and multiple purchasers in a series of sales contract disputes, won the lawsuit for all of them, exempted refund debts of more than CNY 100 million for clients;Acted as lead counsel to a trust company and a real estate company in an equity repurchase dispute, and acquired claims of more than CNY 500 million for the client;
Acted as lead counsel to a listed company and a bank in a property tort dispute due to illegal cash concentration business;Acted as lead counsel to a listed company and its former senior executives in a non-competition and commercial secret infringement dispute;
Acted as lead counsel to a construction engineering group company and a real estate company in Guangxi in a project construction work contract dispute;
Acted as lead counsel to a construction company and an agricultural technology company in Guangdong Province in a project construction work contract dispute;
Participated in the settlement of assets management plan disputes between a securities firm and a listed company;Participated in the settlement of a project construction work contract dispute between an energy construction group and a construction company;
