As the partner of the Shenzhen office of Zhong Lun, Mr. Zhancheng Xu has focused on the corporate debt restructuring，bankruptcy reorganization &liquidation，risk disposal of financial institutions and other legal businesses since he joined Zhong Lun in 2011. He has handled bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation cases, execution to bankruptcy, litigation arbitration and other cases of large enterprises such as securities companies, listed companies and non-listed companies. He has rich experience in handling major difficult and complex bankruptcy cases, litigation and arbitration cases. The bankruptcy reorganization cases of "Xunbao series ", which Mr Xu has participated in handling in recent years, was selected as the "Typical Case of Guangdong Higher People's Court on Adjudicating Bankruptcy Cases According to Law to Promote Supply-side Structural Reform".The bankruptcy case of Fuguiniao (01819.HK) undertaken recently involves such issues as Hong Kong H-share listed enterprises and bond substantive default, which has evoked intense repercussion in the society.
