Hui YANG
Mr. Yang graduated from Renmin University of China in 1993 and has been practicing capital market law since 1997 for more than 25 years. Up to now, he has presided over and participated in the completion of many domestic and overseas listings of enterprises with different structures and types. Quite a few projects, including but not limited to A-share IPO and refinancing, B-share IPO and subsequent additional issuance, A-share major asset restructuring and backdoor listing, different types of red chip structures (including big red chip, small red chip equity model, small red chip VIE model) overseas listing, H-share initial offering and subsequent additional issuance, H-share transfer, H-share full circulation, overseas public offering of REITS, etc. are representative or breakthrough. Based on these experiences, he has a deep understanding and rich experience in domestic and overseas listing of Chinese companies.
