Mr. Hongbin Yu provides legal services for numerous domestic and foreign initial public offerings, NEEQ listing, listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange, issuance of new shares, rights issues, asset restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, equity incentives, employee stock ownership plans, restructuring, bond issuance, asset securitization, and trusts. He also provides legal support for several well-known private equity investment institutions and serves as retainer-based legal advisor for several listed and unlisted companies. Mr. Yu’s practice highlights include Xinda Securities becoming the second AMC listed securities firm, Hengtong Holdings becoming the first A-share listed company in China mainly engaged in road freight transportation and related industries, Youzu Network becoming the first online gaming company to successfully achieve backdoor A-share listing, and Yuexiu Financial Holding becoming the first local financial holding listed company to indirectly list financial assets including securities assets, the merger and restructuring of Guangzhou Securities and CITIC Securities, which involved major unprecedented asset restructuring projects between two listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen, as well as between the two securities companies.
