Shiwei ZHANG

Attorney Shiwei Zhang has been practicing law since 1999. His practice primarily focuses on domestic and international IPOs, as well as related investment, financing, restructuring, and M&A transactions, covering strategic emerging industries and traditional sectors, including chips and semiconductors, high-end manufacturing, embodied intelligence and humanoid robots, large-model AIGC agents, commercial aerospace, new energy, new materials, and biopharmaceuticals.
