Yang ZHANG
Yang Zhang has over 10 years of in-depth experience in the area of capital markets. He advises clients in connection with IPOs, refinancings, mergers, restructurings, equity incentive plans, corporate governance, shareholding system reform and handles due diligence. His clients span numerous industries, including TMT, pharmaceuticals, consumer, equipment manufacturing, real estate and publishing.
