Mr. Zhang has extensive experience in private equity and investment funds, financial products and trusts, as well as dispute resolution.
Mr. Zhang focuses on private equity and investment funds and has rich experiences in providing full legal services on projects of private equity investment. He has provided legal services for many well-known domestic and foreign private equity investment institutions, covering fund establishment, project investment transactions, etc. Mr. Zhang has also managed for many times M&A and restructuring of multinational enterprise groups, the acquisition of listed companies and other projects as the leading lawyer, with expertise extending to anti-monopoly consulting services during transactions. In addition, Mr. Zhang has an extensive track record in litigation and represented clients in a number of civil litigation and commercial arbitration cases, covering disputes related to private equity investment, financial loan disputes, real estate disputes, and other fields.
