Qunxin ZHONG

Graduated from Peking University's Law School and engaged in legal services for nearly 20 years, Mr. Zhong has mainly practiced in the areas of real estate development and construction, real estate investment and financing, engineering construction and dispute resolution, including urban renewal, project mergers and acquisitions, development and construction of real estate projects, leasing and operation of office buildings and shopping malls, sale and purchase of bulk properties, cooperative development, real estate financing, construction agent, whole-process legal services for engineering construction and dispute resolution, who has accumulated rich practical experience in real estate and construction engineering projects and dispute resolution.

Mr. Zhong has advised numerous domestic well-known development enterprises in real estate, including China Resources Land, China Shipping, China East China Town, Vanke, Cofco, Longhu Real Estate, Cinda Real Estate, etc., advised several well-known commercial real estate companies including kaide group, Raffles Group, Fengshu Group, etc., and advised many well-known companies in the whole process of the construction project of their headquarters building, including WeMeve Bank, China Southern Asset Management Corp., Boshi Fund Management Co., Ltd., China Capital Corporation, Dacheng Fund, Aviva-COFCO Life Insurance Co., Ltd.
