As one of the pioneering lawyers in securities compliance practice, Wei has provided dozens of clients with a full range of legal services, covering securities compliance consultation, regulatory investigation and punishment, and administrative review. She has also handled various cases involving information disclosure violations, insider trading, market manipulation, and failure to perform due diligence.
Wei's experience is notably substantial in misrepresentation litigation in both stock and bond markets. She has handled dozens of securities misrepresentation cases, many of which are the first and milestone cases in China.

Represented dozens of directors of listed companies in response to civil compensation actions for securities misrepresentation, including the first securities misrepresentation case in China, where a director of a listed company was successfully released from civil liability after being administratively punished, as well as the first securities misrepresentation case involving private offering in China
Represented dozens of listed companies, their directors, supervisors, executives, securities companies, accounting firms, and rating agencies in response to civil compensation actions for securities misrepresentation, including the first bond misrepresentation representative litigation in China, the first securities misrepresentation case in China in which bond rating agencies were involved in private placement bond offering
