With over 15 years of legal practice since graduation, Ms. Zhou has developed deep expertise in capital markets, corporate law, M&A, restructuring, trust investments, finance, compliance, and risk management. A certified provider of corporate legal services in Sichuan, she previously served on the Company Law Committee of the Sichuan Lawyers Association and currently acts as Secretary of the Securities Committee of the Chengdu Lawyers Association. She has delivered end-to-end legal support to numerous companies in their IPOs, post-IPO refinancings, major M&A transactions, and trust investments. Her experience also includes retainer-based advisory roles, covering full lifecycles of leading industry players.
