Jiazi ZHUANG
Admitted to the Chinese Bar in 1989, Mr. Zhuang was among the first lawyers to obtain partnership status. In 1993, he was also among the first lawyers to obtain the securities legal practice qualifications from the Ministry of Justice and the China Securities Regulatory Commission. With over 36 years of practice in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, Mr. Zhuang as represented a broad spectrum of clients, including companies and government agencies, in numerous high-stakes and complex civil and commercial cases. On the noncontentious front, he has provided strategic counsel on the shareholding system reform and stock listing to prominent companies, and has served as legal counsel on other matters. His client roster mainly includes PICC Property and Casualty, Tencent, Shenzhen SDIC, BBK, OPPO, VIVO, China Resources Gas Group, China General Nuclear Power Group, Baitai Group, Chongqing Trust, SonoScape, Hanjing Group, Shenzhen Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, Dingtai Real Estate, Jiaxin Huihuang, etc.
