Mr. Zhuang has been practicing law since 2002. He specializes in litigation, arbitration and other dispute resolution services, accumulating extensive experience in the field of dispute resolution. Mr. Zhuang also advises on non-contentious matters such as contract review on a retainer basis, due diligence, scheme design and clause drafting for M&A deals, and devising of complex schemes such as reorganization plans and shareholder exit routes for bankruptcy, insolvency & reorganization and corporate deadlock resolution procedures.
