Junquan ZHU
Mr. Junquan Zhu obtained his Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degrees in Civil and Commercial Law from Sun Yat-sen University, and is a licensed Chinese lawyer. He has extensive professional experience in onshore and offshore initial public offerings (IPOs), mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, debt financing, and the issuance of corporate bonds and debt financing instruments in the interbank bond market.
