Ms. Wei Zhou specializes in litigation and arbitration, compliance and anti-corruption and China’s mainland capital markets, with a remarkably strong record in securities compliance, securities litigation and corporate litigation. Ms. Cindy Guo mainly practices in private equity and investment funds, M&A and corporate governance and tax and wealth management and has accumulated a wealth of experience in emerging industries, such as high-end manufacturing, biomedicine and new energy vehicles. She has provided legal services for corporate operations and transactions of many large multinational corporations at home and abroad, including 3M, a Fortune 500 company, where she was dispatched as legal counsel for its medical and automotive business. She has advised a bevy of private equity funds, investment banks, family offices and other financial institutions on equity investment and financing. Ms. Guo’s notable work also includes devising structures of employee stock incentive plans for a raft of companies and assisting Chinese clients in cross-border transactions involving the United States, the United Kingdom, Sweden, South Korea, Japan, Vietnam and other countries.

Ms. Zhuo Wang focuses on China’s mainland capital markets, M&A and corporate governance and private equity and investment funds, and has provided legal services to numerous state-owned enterprises, foreign-funded companies and private businesses in the industries of environmental protection, real estate, manufacturing, consumer goods, infrastructure construction, pharmaceuticals, new energy, power generation, military supplies, fruit supply chain, hospitality, etc. Ms. Wang provides scheme design and full legal services to acquirers or acquirees in acquisitions and anti-takeovers of listed companies.
