Mr. Jin Shen has 15 years of experience in the legal profession, focusing on domestic and foreign capital markets, private equity, venture capital, M&A, etc. His practice spans media and telecommunications (TMT), semiconductor and integrated circuits, advanced manufacturing, retail logistics, healthcare, real estate and infrastructure, among others.
Mr. Shen has been committed to legal services in the capital market mainly concerning A-shares, H-shares and overseas red chips and advised on many projects, including the listing of Everdisplay Optronics and GalaxyCore on the Shanghai Stock Exchange STAR Market, the secondary listing of NetEase in Hong Kong, the listing of Huazhu on NASDAQ, the listing of China First Chemical Holdings Ltd. in Hong Kong, the privatization of Blackstone, the sale of Pactera and the subscription of H-share convertible bonds in HEC Pharm. In addition to acting as counsel for financing projects of many corporate clients, he also wields considerable experience in private fund investment and management to provide services for domestic and overseas investment of many US dollar and RMB funds, such as the National Social Security Fund, Blackstone, Goldman Sachs, L Catterton, SIG Asia Investment, Khazanah Nasional Berhad, Lightspeed China Partners, Vertex Ventures, Ascendent Capital Partners and Softbank. Mr. Shen’s outstanding practice has earned him the titles of "Rising Stars" and "Next Generation Partners" from The Legal 500 since 2020.
