Mr. Furong Deng, a partner with Zhong Lun, was honored on the “ALB Dealmakers of Asia 2023” list announced by ALB on December 21, 2023.
Mr. Furong Deng is an arbitrator at Shenzhen International Arbitration Court and has served multiple tenures as the director and deputy director of the Real Estate Professional Committee of Shenzhen Lawyers Association. Having advised on more than 500 real estate and engineering projects and acted as counsel or arbitrator in more than 500 disputes, Mr. Deng has built up an extensive track record in real estate merger and acquisition transactions, real estate development, construction projects, urban renewal, bulk property transactions, and dispute resolution concerning these matters.
