On June 20, 2024, Asian Legal Business (ALB) released its “2024 ALB China Top 15 Rising Lawyers”, and Mr. Frank Jiang, partner from Zhong Lun Law Firm, earned this accolade.
Mr. Jiang, with qualifications to practice law in China, focuses on legal affairs pertaining to antitrust/competition law, security reviews, compliance and government regulation, particularly those relate to ESG, and foreign investment and M&A.
Over his sixteen years’ practice, Mr. Jiang has participated in hundreds of domestic and foreign antitrust filings, including several landmark transactions, such as the first conditional approval case since the establishment of the State Administration for Market Regulation, and the first unconditional approval case involving a VIE structure. In addition, Mr. Jiang has represented numerous leading domestic and foreign enterprises in more than ten major antitrust investigations or litigations initiated in China, the United States, Europe, South Korea, Japan, and other places. He has handled multiple “niche” regulatory compliance cases (such as national security reviews for foreign investment) and many cross-border investment and M&A transactions with huge transaction amounts. Mr. Jiang provides legal services to various industries including aerospace, automotive, chemicals, energy, engineering, FMCG, life and health, ICT, real estate, transportation, etc.
