At the invitation of New York University Law School’s China-based alumni association, NYU Law School Professor William T. Allen visited Zhong Lun Law Firm as part of a nine-day academic visit. Professor Allen gave a lecture at Zhong Lun on September 30 about the purpose and growth of the capital market system in the USA and its advantages and disadvantages as countries, like China, develop and expand their own capital market systems.
