Guoguan Electronic Appliance Co. Ltd. has successfully listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Stock name as Guangzhou Guoguang and code number 002045) on May 23, 2005. The company is a joint stock company established in 1993 via conversion from a state-owned enterprise established in 1950’s. The company is the largest Chinese manufacturer of full lines of quality speaker, sound-box and audio accessories. More than 90% of the company’s products are exported to the US, Europe and Asian markets, and the clients include such world-leading multinational companies as Philips, Sony, Motorola and Harman. Export revenue of the company remains the top one in speaker industry for 11 years in China. The company sanctions strictly quality control pursuant to ISO-9001 since 1994, and QS-9000 from 2000. The company has also been certified under ISO-14000 for its environmental compliance.
