Zhong Lun Law Firm Convened Sino-Japan Legal Symposium in Tokyo
November 20, 2006, Zhong Lun Law Firm convened the Sino-Japan Legal Symposium in Tokyo. More than two hundred people including enterprise representatives, legal experts and attorneys attended the symposium. Lv Shuyun, counsel for the economic and commercial division of the Chinese embassy in Japan, congratulated the efforts of the symposium. Zhang Hefu, one of the partners of Zhong Lun, presided over the symposium. Seven partners of Japanese Department of Zhong Lun attended the symposium and made the following speeches, “bankruptcy system" by attorney Tao Yunming, “anti-monopoly legal system" by attorney Wu Peng and Yang Yuhong and “comments on updated legal policies for corporate M&A" by attorney Zhang Hefu and Lin Kemin. Attorney Li Meishan was responsible for the organization of the symposium.
