Representatives of Training Course for Law Firm Directors Visited Zhong Lun

On December 13-15 of 2006, the All China Lawyers Association held a training course for directors of law firms in China. The purpose of this course was to have in-depth discussions on how to strengthen the fundementals of law firms and attorneys’ work, as well as to promote attorneys’ work. 138 law firms participated in this training course which was also attended by Wu Aiying (Minister of Ministry of Justice), Zhao Dacheng (Vice of Ministry of Justice) and Yu Ning (President of All China Lawyers Association). On December 13, attorney Zhang Xuebing was invited to attend the meeting and made a keynote speech about risk prevention and avoidance of interest conflicts. On December 15, representatives visited the Beijing Office of Zhong Lun Law Firm. Attorney Wu Peng and Liu Yuming welcomed the guests.
