Liu Bo-rong Re-elected Secretary General of China Securitization Forum
Liu Bo-rong was re-elected as the Secretary General of China Securitization Forum at China Securitization, Real Estate and Finance Summit during November 8 and 9, 2007 at Inter-continental Hotel in Beijing.
This summit, jointly hosted by China Securitization Forum and IMN, the sponsor of the worldly renowned forum of Finance & Investment, attracted leading multinational investment bankers, commercial banks, rating agencies, law firms and accountant firms, and the speakers include high ranking officials of the Chinese regulatory authorities, and senior managers in securitization and real estate finance business. The attendants had thorough discussions and exchange on further development of securitization in China and the impact of the US’s sub-prime loan crisis on China’s securitization, and conducted analysis and studies on certain typical cases of securitization, successful or unsuccessful, in China and overseas markets.
As a well recognized leading legal service provider in the China’s securitization market, Zhong Lun is the founding member of the China Securitization Forum. Representing the firm, Liu Bo-rong gave spectacular key note speeches on two special topics in the meeting.
The China Securitization Forum (abbreviated as CSF) is a platform to exchange ideas on issues relevant to the asset securitization industry. Its goals include promoting healthy development, encouraging innovation and improving efficiency in China’s asset securitization industry. The Forum was initiated and organized by professional institutions in the securitization industry with substantial support from relevant authorities.
