On November 12 and 14 the firm held on-campus interviews at Beijing University Law School and the People’s University of China Law School respectively. Many students in final year showed up with extreme enthusiasm. Several senior partners attended and introduced Zhong Lun to the students with briefing on the firm’s scale, HR policy, working environment, management system, as well as diversity and specialty of legal services in an international business environment. The key speakers also addressed issues around the topics “why should a law student be a lawyer", and “why should one come to Zhong Lun to make a fulfilled life". Hot discussion and viewpoint exchange ensued, resume collection and screening interviews lasted through late night.
