On 16 March 2007, at the invitation of attorney Zhang Xuebing, Zhu Maoyuan and Liu Borong, Vice President of Union Trust Dr Li Anmin came to our firm and delivered a lecture of Products and Listing of REITs on the weekly salon. The lecture was broadcasted on line at the same time for Tokyo office, Shanghai office, Shenzhen office and Guangzhou office, over 300 attorneys participated in the lecture.
Dr Li Anmin devotes himself to the research and innovation of REITs for a long term, and is experienced in the trust investment and financing management in real estate projects. He wrote many books in this field, such as REITs-A New Choice for Investment and Finance.
The lecture was presided by attorney Zhang Xuebing, during which Dr Li Anmin and attorneys at presence had broadly and deeply discussions about the Products and Listing of REITs.
