Our partner Jihong Chen recently presented and spoke at the International Conference on Digital Evidence 2008 held on 26th and 27th June in UK. As the sole Chinese speaker, Mr. Chen gave a speech entitled "China's Digital Evidence Law Overview and Suggestions for Multinational Enterprises", which was well received by the audience.
As an internationally recognized conference focusing on digital evidence law, this year’s meeting brought together international lawyers, judges, prosecutors and in-house lawyers from more than thirty countries, who shared their insights on a number of topics such as the development of digital evidence law and cross-jurisdiction assistance.
