As the specially invited guest, Partner Jack Lai delivered a keynote speech named The Legal Analysis of IPO in SME Market and GE Market at a seminar hosted by Shenzhen Branch of China Construction Bank Co., Ltd. for its SME customers on April 29, 2009.
The seminar was also jointly hosted by Shenzhen Promotion and Support Office for SME Listing under the local government.
