We are pleased to announce that Zhong Lun Law Firm partner William (Wenhui) Liang from Shanghai office has been elected in late April as one of "Top 10 Young Lawyers in Pudong New Area" for his outstanding legal achievements, pro bono services and contributions to the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai.
This is the third time in a row Zhong Lun lawyers have been winners of such titles in Shanghai’s booming Pudong New Area, which is home to 180 law firms with 2,233 lawyers, about 60% of them are young lawyers aged below 40. Zhong Lun partners Gavin Zhang and Yang Wantao won the titles in the first election in 2004 and the second election in 2007 respectively.
