Zhong Lun Law Firm has recently advised real estate developer Evergreen Co. Ltd. on its sale of an office building in Beijing to CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. at the price of not more than RMB1.4 billion.
The Zhong Lun team, led by senior partner Zhu Maoyuan, included partner Ma Huijun, attorneys-at-law Liu Na and Li Rui.
The office building Beijing Sun City, covering 53,176.33 square meters, is at the center of the 3rd embassy area of Beijing, adjacent to the Yansha commercial circle.
Before the sale, the office building had been uncompleted for many years. After the sale, the building will be revamped into a commercial complex including a five-star hotel, a top-grade apartment and office building.
