Zhong Lun Wuhan Office Co-organizes Seminar on Listing in ASX by Chinese Enterprises
On April 21, 2010, the Australian Trade Commission, Financial Affairs Office of Hubei Province, Listing Office of Hubei Province, Australian law firm TGB jointly held a seminar on Listing in Australian Securities Exchange by Chinese Enterprises in Wuhan, central China. Zhong Lun Law Firm Wuhan Office co-organized the seminar.
At the seminar, Zou Mingchun from Zhong Lun Wuhan office delivered a speech on legal issues concerning domestic reorganization of Chinese enterprises before overseas listings. Australian officials, representatives from Argonaut Securities Limited, Grant Thornton, TGB also introduced the Australian stock market and detailed listing approaches in Australia for Chinese enterprises .
More than 50 representatives from mainland companies attended the seminar.
