Zhong Lun Anti-monopoly/Competition Law Team Lectures during Tour to Japan
9:22:299:22:29Upon invitation from Japanese Institute of International Business Law, PRC anti-monopoly/competition law specialists Wu Peng, Michael Zhengping Gu and Xue Yi from the Anti-monopoly/Competition Law team of Zhong Lun Law Firm, delivered jointly a keynote speech on the Retrospection of Second Anniversary of Implementing PRC Anti-monopoly Law at an anti-monopoly seminar in Tokyo, Japan.
The specialists, also partners of the law firm, shared their insight on the hot issues under the PRC anti-monopoly/competition law framework, such as concentration of business undertakings, monopoly agreements and abuse of dominant market position, and answered questions related thereto from the audience, which included more than 100 senior counsel from well-known Japanese enterprises and lawyers from large Japanese law firms.

During their tour in Japan, the partners visited several well-known local law firms and discussed possible cooperation in the areas of anti-monopoly and cross-border M&A.
