Zhong Lun Lawyers Attend Forum on Listing of Taiwan-funded Enterprises in Kunshan
On October 26, 2010, Zhong Lun Law Firm lawyers Guo Kejun and Xie Xiaoyu attended upon invitation a forum on listing of Taiwan-funded enterprises in Kunshan, East China’s Jiangsu Province, close to Shanghai.
The forum was sponsored by the Kunshan Municipal Government with participants including government officials, representatives of Taiwan-funded enterprises and the intermediary organizations. Vice mayor of the city Zhou Xuerong also attended and spoke at the forum.
Kunshan is home to a considerable number of Taiwan-funded enterprises, two of them have been listed. Zhong Lun lawyers have actively participated in the relevant legal services of the government’s asset operation and won high praise for their professional advice on the government-led Kunshan Huaqiao outsourcing equity fund. At the forum, the law firm said it was ready and willing to provide professional legal services for the local Taiwan-funded enterprises in their IPO and listing.
