Zhong Lun Law Firm, Boughton Peterson Yang Anderson Join Hands in Legal Services
On January 9, 2011, Zhong Lun Law Firm and Boughton Peterson Yang Anderson, an international law firm based in Hong Kong, signed an agreement of association and merger, and Zhong Lun Hong Kong office will provide legal services for international clients in association with Boughton Peterson Yang Anderson from February 1, 2011.
Zhong Lun opened its Hong Kong office early in 2010 in association with Roger Ho & Co. Under the agreement, Roger Ho & Co will merge into Boughton Peterson Yang Anderson which will then take over to work with Zhong Lun.
Zhong Lun managing partner Zhang Xuebing, Roger Ho from Roger Ho & Co. and Victor Yang from Boughton Peterson Yang Anderson signed the agreement. Zhong Lun co-managing partner Anthony Qiao, Zhou Yun from the Shanghai office, and Guo Jinglian from the Shenzhen office also attended the signing ceremony.
Boughton Peterson Yang Anderson, with four partners, several senior lawyers, over 20 lawyers and 50 staff, are a member of TerraLex, a worldwide network of independent law firms with 15,130 lawyers in nearly 110 countries. Upon completion of the association and merger, Zhong Lun Hong Kong office will strengthen its capabilities in capital markets, corporate M&A, litigation and arbitration, trusts and taxation, real estate and construction and commercial bribery, and will have the depth, experience, technical skills and flexibility to meet the changing needs of our clients.
