The UCITS Asia Forum 2011, sponsored by Irish Funds Industry Association, was held in Hong Kong from October 10, 2011 to October 11, 2011. Wantao Yang, a partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm Shanghai office, was invited to attend the forum and delivered a speech titled “QDII, QFII & Mini-QFII in China". The speech covered the latest rules and regulations, case studies, compliance conflicts and current status of the market of QDII, QFII and Mini-QFII.
The forum attendants consisted of senior executives and professionals of international financial institutions and other investment service institutions.
