Partner Liu Borong Addresses RMB Private Equity World Asia 2011
The RMB Private Equity World Asia 2011, sponsored by the famous Singaporean conference organizer Terrapinn, was held in the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Beijing from October 19-21, 2011. Liu Borong, a partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm Beijing office, attended the summit and delivered a speech entitled “Efficient capital raising channel for RMB private equity: The operation practice of financing combining trust and limited partnership in China".
In the speech, Liu commented on financing solutions about the limited partnership pattern conversion for trust arrangement, and the operation mode of financing combining trust and limited partnership, and analyzed in depth the management design of the mode as well as the scheme of cash flow distribution. The speech has shown Zhong Lun’s leading role and innovation ability in this domain. The summit attendees consisted of senior executives and professionals with international financing organizations and investment service companies.
