Wantao Yang spoke on “New Trends and Opportunities for Offshore PE Funds’ Integration into China Market". As offshore investors have strong confidence and interests in the continuous growth of China market, many offshore fund management institutions pay close attentions to the trends and topics about PRC fund market, including how and to what extent some offshore typical PE investment mechanisms have been utilized in China market and under PRC laws, how offshore fund managers tap into RMB funds, as well as the challenges and solutions for offshore investor protections in a distressed situation.
