9th annual China Hotel Development and Financing Conference was successfully held on Mar 26-28, 2013 in Beijing. Ms. Wang Lihua, partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm and the leading legal service provider in China’s hospitality industry was invited to participate in the conference and hosted the panel discussion on the topic of “Management Contracts: Unveiling the Latest Trends". The panel was joined by senior professionals from international management groups and domestic real estate developers, who shared their ideas on the growing trend of the hotel management contract from perspectives of both the operator and the owner.
