Partner Sun Wei Listed as Mediator of CCPIT/CCOIC Mediation Center
On January 28, 2013, the Mediation Center of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade/China Chamber of International Commerce (CCPIT/CCOIC Mediation Center) announced that Mr. Sun Wei, partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm, has been appointed as one of its new panel mediators.
The CCPIT/CCOIC Mediation Center was founded in 1987. It is a standing institution dedicated to helping domestic and foreign disputants resolve disputes independently and impartially through of mediation. The Mediation Center maintains a mediator panel list and enlists mediators with both high integrity and professional competence to provide related legal mediation services.
Mr. Sun also serves as a mediator for Mediation Center of Beijing Arbitration Commission. Having represented clients in several high profile international arbitration cases, he has extensive experience in mediation, arbitration and litigation. Mr. Sun’s publications include China Commercial Arbitration: Law and Practice and Civil & Commercial Litigation and Arbitration Step-by-Step Guide.
