The Handbook of Chinese Commercial Leases, a book co-authored by partner Sun Wei and senior associate Zhang Xinwei of Zhong Lun Law Firm, was recently published by China Legal Publishing House.
Through abundant cases, The Handbook of Chinese Commercial Leases provides an in-depth introduction to various issues involved in commercial leases, such as lease term, grace period, lease inception, building advertisement, parking space, decoration, sublease and the rights and obligations of the subtenant, lease renewal, right of first refusal, property management, return of the leased property, liability for breach of contract, demolition of and compensation for the leased property, confidentiality and registration of lease contract.
