Prof.Wang Xiaoye was invited to give lecture in the field of China Anti-monopoly Law in Zhong Lun
On 26 April 2013, Professor Wang Xiaoye, Consultant Expert of Anti-monopoly Commission under the State Council, Professor of Law Institution of Chinese Academy of Social Science, was invited to speak on the topic “The Five Years of China Anti-monopoly Law Implementation: Success and Challenge". The lecture was well attended by Zhong Lun lawyers from all offices.
Prof. Wang firstly introduced legislative objective and significance of China Anti-monopoly Law, followed by the interpretation of the development process along with series of remarkable cases, summarized implementation status in terms of legislation, enforcement, and judiciary areas, and further explored the development prospect and challenges confronting in the future for China Anti-monopoly Law. Also, she answered various enquires raised by the participants during the lecture.
Before the lecture, Prof. Wang had a panel with the partners of Anti-monopoly Group of Zhong Lun, and discussed issues in relate to Anti-monopoly Law.
