Due to achievements in the areas of PRC IP and Compliance law, Dr. Haixiao Zhang from Zhong Lun Law Firm (Shanghai office) was elected into the expert panel for ethical risk assessment of government policies by Shanghai Pudong Government on August 28, 2013, together with other six experts from Legal department of Shanghai Municipal Government, Bureau of Corruption Prevention of Shanghai Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection, and the legal department of Pudong New Area Government, among which she is the only practicing lawyer of Shanghai in the Panel.
