Partner Philip Zhang of Zhong Lun New York Office invited as a panelist of a CLE course at the annual conference of American Bar Association (ABA)
This year’s annual conference of the American Bar Association (ABA) was held in San Francisco from August 8th to 13th, 2013. Philip Zhang, the New York partner of Zhong Lun, was invited as a panelist of a CLE course “Joint Ventures in Developing Countries – Structuring, Risk reduction and Other Issues". Philip talked about the legal practice of the foreign direct investment in China, as well as the development and trend of the China related in-bound and out-bound mergers and acquisitions.
The opening of Zhong Lun’s New York office was welcomed by the legal and business communities of USA. It not only directly provides Chinese legal services to Zhong Lun’s clients in North America, but also provides needed support to Zhong Lun’s Chinese clients entering the market in North America. The attendees of the CLE courses were not only very interested in Philip’s presentation, but were also impressed by the broad services that Zhong Lun could provide.
This year, Philip Zhang was appointed as a member of the Steering Group of the China Committee of the American Bar Association (ABA).
